No. Materials are downloaded by the educator and presented or distributed directly to students. Students do not need to create accounts, log into a separate platform, or provide personal information to Moment Wise.
Yes. Courses can be taught in sequence, or educators can select individual lessons that fit a particular setting, topic, or student need.
Editable PowerPoint and Word files are provided where applicable, allowing educators to make reasonable adjustments for their students, schedule, and setting.
Yes. The purchasing educator may print or reproduce student materials for use with their own students, subject to the product’s licensing terms.
A single-educator license is intended for use by the purchasing educator. Files may not be shared with other educators, schools, or organizations without the appropriate additional license.
Moment Wise is being developed for grades 6–12, with separate middle-school and high-school courses. Individual product pages identify the intended grade band for each course.
No. You may teach a complete course or select the lessons most relevant to your students. When courses are used as part of a broader curriculum sequence, following the recommended order provides the clearest progression.
Moment Wise supports skills that overlap with social and emotional learning, including self-awareness, perspective-taking, communication, and responsible decision-making. However, Moment Wise is designed more broadly as a real-world decision-making curriculum spanning Digital Decisions, Money Decisions, Health Decisions, Social Decisions, and Future Readiness.
Moment Wise lessons draw on research in adolescent decision-making, decision education, and effective skill instruction. The approach emphasizes realistic scenarios, explicit decision tools, active practice, reflection, and applying the same thinking in more than one context.
