Due to the downloadable nature of our digital products, purchases are generally nonrefundable once the files or access links have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, included materials, grade level, licensing terms, and available sample lesson before purchasing.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible file, please contact us at info@momentwiselearning.com. We will provide a corrected file, replacement download link, or reasonable technical assistance.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us before downloading the duplicate purchase so we can review the order.
